Had a serene onsen experience with a variety of baths that were well-maintained. The Japanese-style room offered enough space to relax after a day of exploring.

Shuttle bus service wasn't scheduled or readily available. had to call for it after arriving at the station. Also, encountered noisy guests in the onsen that disrupted the chill vibe and respect expected in that space.

Amazing view of Mt. Fuji from the Japanese-style room, very clean with well-equipped amenities. They offer a free shuttle that made our transfer super easy. Plus, the friendly staff are always welcoming! !

The bathroom was a bit cramped, could use a few more amenities like shower caps.

The hotel has a beautiful location with easy access to both Kawaguchiko station and various restaurants serving delicious vegetarian options. The Japanese-style room was comfortable, and the tatami mats created a cozy atmosphere. The staff were accommodating and responsive to our dietary requirements, which made our stay enjoyable.

The bathroom could be more spacious. it felt a bit cramped for comfort.

I really enjoyed the breakfast spread with so many delicious Japanese options and the breathtaking view of Mt. Fuji from my room. However, the shower height was a bit low for me. I would definitely stay here again!

Recommend it for families seeking peace

Very nice location close to Kawaguchi station, easy 15 min walk. Onsen was clean, variety of baths, and the shuttle bus made it super convenient.

It wasn't exactly affordable, but still acceptable.
